Melissa Fleis' dress was really cute, something that Zooey Deschanel would wear, right? It was a safe design and didn't show her true capability as a designer.

Ven made a big ol' mess with this one. It didn't look like he was inspired by anything in his heritage. This was actually his second look as the first one was made fun of by the very Tim Gunn. "I ... see an homage to the menstrual cycle," the mentor said. It kind of did look like someone had attacked the dress with someones used pads. Ven continued his flower attack on the dress by carving his signature flower on the bottom part. The judges were not impressed, got bored and ended up in the bottom three.

This horrendous thing by Fabio, according to the judges, was deemed safe -- he wasn't in the top 3 or bottom 3. We continue to not be impressed and we want Fabio's apparent hatred of the female form to go home.

Christopher did not impress Heidi Klum and the gang. The felt the pattern was barely showing but he was smart enough to kind of hide it so it wasn't too obvious.

Elena, supposedly only designs for the high-end market. If we looked at this at a boutique we would find it extremely tacky. As she was working on the project she even said it looked like some scrubs, but she wasn't done with the look yet. This is what walked down the runway and it still looks like scrubs. This should have been one of the bottom looks because the styling is horrific.

Sonjia loves color and this was the perfect challenge for her. Her pants were really tailored and she made the pattern work to her favor. She is one of our favorites to win this season.

And now for the winner of this challenge... Dmitry. Although Mondo Guerra was hating on this ensemble for not properly going overboard on showing the pattern, the rest of the panel loved it. Mondo also said it was overly designed (apparently he forgot all those bad pattern combinations he made during both seasons he appeared in). Dmitry was proud of himself for not making a dress and still winning the challenge. What do you think of the winning look? Do you agree?

Gunnar swears he's the designer America is waiting for. Right from the beginning he said that he had this very sad back-story of bullying and was going to blow the judges away. Things did not turned out so well for the contestant and the panel felt his outfit was too bland and kind of creepy. The pattern was a little too personal and they felt no one would buy such a hideous garment. Auf Wiedersehen Gunnar! Do you think this look was the loser of the week? Sound off below!
